I've been using three branches of Hughes - Ivan for the pest control has kept both inside and outside my home free from pest, Bill for the lawn has avidly watched over my lawn and is still working on getting it back to green lushness despite various grass strains, and the people for my termite control have just checked my bait stations where there has been no activity. The phone personnel have been very attentive. So far Hughes Exterminators have been great.

I want to thank Byron of the Jasper/Calhoun ARROW offices for his outstanding care, consideration, and professional handling of our recent home pest invasion on his August visit. Byron took the time to ask questions, decide the best locations for traps, the most effective methods of eradicating rapidly, and offered intermediate term ideas for maintaining proper pest control until his next visit. He also requested I contact him in mid-September. Byron's knowledge and insight led to a rapid decrease in pest incidents in 24 hours, and a near-total eradication with 72 hours. Thanks, Byron! R. Friendly and Fast
I love the people that answer the phone. I'm usually calling for an emergency (like my AC is out and it's 97 degrees, etc.) and your kind staff keeps me from getting hysterical. I also like all your service people that come out to the house. They are knowledgeable and can usually fix it on the first visit. They explain what is wrong and how they fix it. I am a female engineer and it really bothers me when men try to over simplify things to the petite woman. Your team does not do that.
What I don't like is your long arrival period. I am a long term client and I remember when the service hours were shorter. 5-6 hours of needing to be at the house is tough sometimes.
I also don't like the long wait time for a piece of equipment. I am currently going on 2 weeks of wait time for a plumber to install and meter back flow part. Yesterday, there was another plumber on the street that I talked to. He showed me the ones that he carries on his truck and said that it is a standard item and can be picked up at Site One or maybe Home Depot. So why is it taking Moncrief to get the item? Does it have something to do with being owned by Ace Hardware? I simply don't understand this.
