The thing that I like most about the services is that everyone at the center is very friendly and that make a big difference with the children. Sometimes that can make it or break a it for a child. They also make it a very fun atmosephere for them.

While I haven't talked with the tutors my daughter works with, she has said they are all very friendly and easy to learn from. This is not always true with tutors or even classroom teachers she has had in the past. It means so much to me that she likes them and they treat her in a way that makes her comfortable.
It is a great help for my grandson but if the school work with him to get extra class it will be much better.
It seems that your instruction and tutoring has made a positive difference to our granddaughter Skylar's ability to better handle her Grade 3 reading requirements. Also, she is showing more self-confidence in her reading. I can attribute that in large part to the instructors who were very encouraging and supportive. I think she liked that association and repeatedly mentioned that she liked going. That in itself is a testament to your work. I felt that every time I talked to Phil, he was supportive to me and willingly took time to answer any questions I had.
