We have yet to have a bad experience here at Sylvan of Fair Lawn. They have been very accommodating and try to work with our schedules as best they can. Everyone has been very friendly and the tutors are very knowledgeable. We recommend this location whenever we can.
I think Sylvan’s motto of confidence skyrocketing does it justice. My daughters are both doing better in their schooling and the one that was seemingly quite far behind in some subjects has a lot of confidence at school. It is certainly a time and financial commitment. But we are definitely seeing results which are very satisfying.

My son initially did not want a "tutor" of any kind, however, once he began, he admitted that it was beneficial and he was beginning to understand the subject matter better.
We love Mrs Tiffany and Mrs Kimberly they are wonderful with my daughter and only after a few sessions I can tell a big difference in her school work.
My Experience has been pretty great. My daughter loves the place. She's 7 with some learning delays due to prematurity and absences due to medical issues. She on the spectrum and really needed some help catching up in school. Ms. Jewel is an absolute jewel. Personable, yet strait forward and professional. I like the teachers. They are patient and respectful with my child. Signing up was easy. The schedule is flexible. Pricing is not strict. I think it's been about 3 months and an assessment is coming up to measure progress. The location is easy to get to and good parking. My daughter's school teachers are giving good reports. I'm grateful for Sylvan on Manhattan Blvd., Ms. Jewel, and the whole team.
