It's been a month, yet to get more but I'm liking it.

My son has never wanted to skip a session or arrive late. He has made substantial gains in reading which he has focused on throughout kindergarten as he looks forward to beginning first grade in the fall. The fact that I can address any issue with his instructor’s, sharing teacher reports, report cards, and/or areas that his kindergarten teacher felt would help to enhance his academic performance has propelled me to make a greater commitment to Sylvan for our soon to be first grade son and his little brother beginning preschool knowing when he is old enough he will follow his big brother’s footsteps. Finally, Jason who owns the franchise not only responds immediately to every inquiry I have, he has made worthwhile recommendations which I take seriously. I recommend Sylvan with out reservation.

I had a great experience with sylvan. Everyone at the centre and who is involved with my children’s learning are engaging, friendly and dedicated.
They have helped me SO MUCH with both kids but especially my son. They have shown me things to help when I couldnt figure out how to. They communicated with the school, especially this past year, so much to show what he needs help in and how he's not as far behind as they think and that he just needs different methods of learning. They are a bit pricey BUT they are worth the help AND they make sure to let you know about the many different scholarships that may be available to help offset if not cover the entire tuition.
Years ago my kids went to Sylvan and it helped them reach grade level as they were behind. My granddaughter is behind in reading and in the last few months has made progress toward grade level. Once she gets where she's supposed to be I'm sure she'll do fine. Sylvan uses multiple modalities so no matter how the child learns, one of the ways will click.

My daughter went from a FAST reading score of 2 to a score of 4 by the end of the year.
Great experience only thing is i have no update on how my daughter is doing in the classes. We don't get report cards and nobody explained to me if i enroll it's a 4 month commitment.
Sylvan has been a game changer. My son is excited about learning and feeling confident in his ability to tackle 6th grade.
