My carpets look fantastic! The stains are gone and they look new. Carlos was quick, courteous and did a wonderful job. I will never clean my carpets with a traditional machine again. I am calling Zerorez next time and I will recommend them to my friends!!

Very much. Our carpets are getting older, and Grant found a way to perk them up. He was helpful, friendly, and made a suggestion on a brand name spot cleaner. Hopefully you can send me the name of this product, so I can have it on hand in case. Keep me on your recall list in a few months. First name removed

Your technicians were very professional and explained all the different options to me. They were friendly and wore shoe protectors. The cleaning supplies they used did not leave a strong smell and the carpets turned out great.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love that we are not dumping more chemicals into our home by "cleaning" it, when we use your service. I also appreciate how efficiently your technicians work. The carpets took a little longer to dry than we anticipated this time - but have to take into account the time of year. I really appreciated that since we didn't have three rooms of carpet to clean, the tech cleaned some of our smaller rugs for us instead. Thanks!

The product did get the carpets clean. I haven't had the carpets professionaly cleaned in a long time and there were some heavy duty dirt marks. For the most part they were cleaned.

The white carpet of the house we bought were VERY stained. We knew that most of them might not come out but were very pleased when 90% of the carpet looks like brand new.

What do you like about our products and services?

My technician, Aaron, was on time, super friendly, and even helped me move some larger furniture items. He did an excellent job and he is the reason I would recommend zerorez to friends. He took extra time so I knew what he was doing to the carpet, and was all around a great guy. If my sister was single, I'd give him her number!

I liked the friendly phone calls telling when exactly to expect the service representative to show.

I really liked the info that the Nathan Hoiles gave about how he was going to clean the carpets.

I also enjoyed Nathan's personality and style of customer service-good job!

NO SMELLY WET CARPET SMELL...SOFT CARPET WHEN DONE, NOT CRUNCHY..YOUR TECHS ARE GREAT..2ND TIME I HAVE USED YOU AND I WILL NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. I AM SOLD!!! I HAVE RECOMMENDED YOU TO MANY PEOPLE AND EVERYONE THAT HAS SEEN OUR CARPETS AFTERWORDS HAVE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED! YOU CLEANED A CARPET THAT WAS SO BAD AFTER KIDS AND ANIMALS THAT WE THOUGHT WE WERRE GOING TO HAVE TO REPLACE CARPET!..NOPE, MY CARPET NOW LOOKS LIKE IT DID NEW!!!

we were very satisfied with the job you did on our carpets. They look better than any other time we had them cleaned by different companies. The nicest thing was having the carpets dried right after the cleaned them, thus not getting wet socks for 2 days after cleaning! Thanks!
