The technician (Aaron) who cleaned the rugs was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and responsive. The rugs look very clean, dried very quickly, stains were removed and it was a great deal for the price. I recommended your service to my mother and Aaron went straight over to her house after finishing the rugs in mine and gave her an estimate and scheduled her cleaning date.

He efficiently went right to work. My satisfaction, before he left, was obviously important to him. I have already recommended you to several people and I will be using you in the future for the rest of my carpets when I am ready to do that. Bottom line, you delivered what you promised and that is unusual these days. I am extremely satisfied!

Reliable, professional, and stains do not come back. You do a good job managing expectations. For example, if you have pet urine smell, if you don't purchase the treatment for that, it may not solve your odor problem.
