I am usually extremely satisfied with Zerorez, however this last cleaning did not seem to be a thorough as the last. I do have pet stains which I paid to have treated, but the results were not as good as they've been in the past. Also, I have a 5 gallon jug of cleaner that the service man will usually offer to fill, but not this time. Will still use Zerorez for future cleanings...
The carpet dried quickly and Aaron Ramos, the gentleman who cleaned our carpet was friendly, professional, and was able to answer my questions about the carpet cleaning. It was overall a great value for the money and something I plan on doing in the future.

Excellent cleaning, Carlos was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He is a hard worker. An enormous about of dirt and debris came out of our heating ducts. Carpets are crispy clean and bright!!!
