Associate was very professional, well groomed, good sense of humor, explained and showed us the difference as he was cleaning, he even called and asked if he could come early. The only reason you don't get a 10 is your pet treatment is far too expensive for people who are renting. I do not want to invest a small fortune cleaning someone elses carpets due to other peoples pets. Other than that all around good service. Thanks!

Very little moisture remaining in carpet; completely dry 12 hours later. Done much more quickly than others (1+ hours instead of 3+). Carpet spots were removed completely in all areas except two small ones that they could not get completely out.

The technician that came to my home was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. The products dry quickly and do an excellent job. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and I would not consider anyone else.

I like the professionalism of the young men who came to my house. They were on time, pleasant, well groomed and they got right to work. I also like the fact that there is no lingering soap and that my carpet dried fairly quickly and looks terrific. I'll certainly recommend Zerorez and will certainly become a repeat customer.
