The young man who provided the service was considerate, knowledgable, and very helpful. It was clear that he had a strong work ethic which I much appreciated. I also had that experience when I called the Zerorez office with questions. The woman I spoke with was professional and extremely helpful.

After the cleaning was finished, our shower tiles looked much improved, and the pet room had lost it's gamey smell. The sofa dried within a couple of hours leaving only a fresh and clean smell and feel. I will use Zerorez in the future, and recommend this service to my friends.

good customer service

Zerorez does an excellent job when they come to the house. This last service was a small area of linoleum and it looks fabulous! I wish I would have done it sooner! The representative that did the work was very professional.

Friendly staff and good value

My carpets are noticeable cleaner. The workmen were efficient, helpful, and friendly. I especially appreciated Patrick's knowledge and the time he spent to explain the process and answer my questions. John was a little less gregarious but just as pleasant and efficient. They stuck to business and completed the job quickly. Patrick offered to do extra rooms and explained the protection process. So I added the stairs and the protection. I also had two area rugs cleaned. They look great. I am so happy with your service. By the way, I heard about Zerorez through Dean and Angela on the radio--they were right.

How quickly it dry's

I like that you don't leave residue that attracts dirt. In high traffic areas, spot carpet cleaners just make things worse! Thanks for being so quick, too! I had company coming the next day, but still managed to get the carpets clean and looking great! Thanks!
