Took out some major stains

Brandon was very friendly and helpful! The service was quick and we were able to stay in the home and were able to walk on the carpets after! They looked amazing, unfortunately the pet smell must have been too deep cuz it still smelled like "pet" and we had to rip up all the carpets anyways. But if someone needed their carpets shampooed I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

They clean great and quickly

The service man was very accommodating. I was so excited to get my grout done and my granite countertops don. I've been wanting to do it for a long time but didn't know where. a friend recommended Zerorez to me. I am very pleased with the work. my love rugs look great and they still look great. it gives me great peace of mind to know about all my rugs are newly cleaned and protectors. and that my tile floors and the grout and my countertops are also a newly cleaned and sealed.

You have been very courteous on the phone and in person and your technician was knowledgeable and efficient. The floor was wetter than usual ( when cleaned by other rug cleaners) but looks great. Hoping the dog urine odor will completely disappear as the carpet dries, however, I know it may not...it was worth a try! Good job.

Patrick was fantastic! He was incredibly thorough and completed our house in a short amount of time considering we had our furnace and ducts cleaned, and our "old" carpet. We can't replace the carpet yet and zerorez brought life back to it for another few years until we can!
