This is the second time I've used Zerorez - and have recommended them to many people. The last visit was to clean two chairs and a sofa. I was completely satisfied except that when the corners of the chairs dried, they were still dirty.

Our tech was awsome...he did a wonderful job expaining what he was doing and offered us some choices....I would definatly have him out again and intend on it very soon!

Very clean smelling not heavy chemical smell. Plus it pulled a lot of the stains out of the carpet that we just sat and stared at it from the dining room where the couch was move too. Very impressive!

I like that the carpet is not saturated with water. It looks better immediately. Tosh and Ryan were very personable, informative and worked quickly. I liked the 15 minute notice call that they were on their way to my house.

I like the clean and suction technology you provide, so there's half as much water being used to clean the carpets compared to other companies out ther.

The process does not stretch the carpet.

They came when they said they would.

Prompt, Friendly, Competent

I appreciate that the technician, Brian, is always very punctual, professional, and thorough. I am always very pleased with the end result.

First: I have COPD and am sensitive and reactive to dust, smoke and scents. Tyler assured me the solutions he uses are suitable for people w/my breathing issues. He was right! I had no problem AND the product was very effective. He was able to get some spot stains out. Over-all the chair looks very good.

Secondly: Tyler listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He seemed to be familiar w/ fabrics, structures and seemed confident of his work skills. I would have no qualms about having him and his company return for future cleaning projects.
