Liked the fact that no soap was used and the carpet looked very fresh and clean after the cleaning.Because very little mositure was left in the carpet, it dried within 4-6 hours. Also, I was able to get an appointment very quickly after I called. The technician was on time, did a great job in a short amount of time. My experience with your company was very positive and I would hire you again.

The technician was honest about the time it would take to do the job vs, the cost. He knew about fibers, stains, dirt etc., and could answer my questions with obvious knowledge. He handled his equipment with a care to my furniture, walls, etc. and covered his shoes every time he re-entered my home. Carlos did a thorough and efficient job. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to others. A good recommendation for a service means a lot when customers are wary of poor quality work.

Employee on time, explained his process of cleaning, and used specially treated water from the truck. My carpets were Cleaner and Brighter than any other service that I have used. Also the carpet dried very fast from using less water.
