I just want to thank your employees for a job well done. My carpets look new again. I never thought they would get as clean as they did. The drying time is so fast. Ive tried other cleaners in the past and will NEVER use them again. Zerorez lives up to there name and what they say they can do for your carpets.

My chairs were much cleaner than I had expected. They were not wet for hours afterward and were very soft to the touch - not stiff!
No chemical or soap residue. Love the pH adjusted water as a cleaning mechanism.
The carpet appears to be very clean. It feels soft when you walk on it. The technicians dealt with pet stain issues we had. Will be curious to see if they still show up under a black light or not. Looking forward to seeing how the carpet holds up as far as soil is concerned in the next few months. Thank you.
