I thought Patrick did a great job. He was very thorough in how he cleaned our carpets, which certainly needed it. I really like the steps he took to protect our home, including the corner guards to keep the hoses from rubbing against the corners of our drywall (that was really slick!). The home has a nice, clean smell, the carpets look wonderful and they feel great under our feet. I'd certainly recommend Zerorez to others.
