We were very concerned the day/evening of the carpet cleaning. We had numerous wrinkles/ripples in our living room carpet. I called twice and was assured they would "lay down". Well, they DID but our carpet was very wet still when we went to bed. Following morning, it was fine.

While I understand that some stains won't come out I'm okay with that. I love the fact that my carpet is soft and not crunchy. Your representative was very professional (Aaron) and did a great job, quickly and effeciently as possible. He had a hose break during the middle of the job.

My carpet was in good shape to begin with but it really made a difference having Zerorez instead of who i used to. It lifts the fibers and really feels soft, dried quickly unlike just saying it. Would highly recommend them and have been!!

Friendly, courteous, and professional service. Really did a fantastic job getting the dirt and stains out (two 90#+ dogs can really be messy and dirty!). Did not rush through the job, carefully going over the entire carpet, so not to miss any spots. The fresh citrus smell when done was an added bonus. My carpet hasn't looked this great in years!

Adam is one of the most personable young men I have ever met. He was very professional & worked hard to get out more pet urine than I would have even bothered with (had the carpet been mine). He was informative, honest & polite.
Sadly, the pet urine remains, but----I believe there is still hope & maybe after a 2nd sub-extraction....well...just maybe! ;)
