like new again! The service was on- time, and Tim and his partner worked hard to clean the

Adam was friendly offered protectant finished quickly and the carpet dried quickly and looks great.

Patrick did a good job of cleaning our carpet in the main traffic areas like we askedhim to do. He also explained to us about the stain treatment he could put back on the traffic areas and the benefits for doing it! Happy with your service and cost.

Sometimes the situation really dictates what should be the best application for the intended service. That technician, Adam, was recommending avery thorough cleaning for our bedroom carpet. After learning the costs and weighing the situation, I elected to just clean the carpet and treat it with a stainguard. Since the carpet is old and had many pet stains, it was the best choice for now. He was very understanding and didn't pressure me to waste money on an old product with issues. When I install new carpet I intend to utilize your company and hope to see Adam at that time. Name removed

Tyler Hamberg was our technician for carpet cleaning. Not only did he do a great job, but we very impressed with his knowledge of your products and his professionalism. We were also interested in tile and grout cleaning, and he was kind enough to do a small sample for us.
