Our technician, Tyler, from ZeroRez did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. The hallway was in especially rough shape because it gets the most foot traffic. Tyler explained why it had become so heavily soiled and put in the extra effort to get it looking much better. He also applied a special treatment to help protect the carpet and extend its life. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure the job was done right. I highly recommend Tyler and ZeroRez for anyone needing carpet cleaning

It's always about the technician. Your cleaning process is above reproach. My tech Leileena, was amazing. Hardest worker I've ever had shampoo my carpets, area rugs and sectional.
She had an amazing attitude, worked as hard if not harder than any of my previous tech's and she did an amazing job on a big project. She should get a raise, 5 stars all the way around with a 10 best rating. I wish I had 10 Leileena's working for me.
