Logan did a great job. We had 2 services going at once and he made all the adjustments necessary to make it work. Complete explanation of services and cost. It looks great! I will be calling though. I should have taken his advice about the small room that my dogs seemed to like to throw up in. It smells pretty bad.

Fast and efficient. Only downside was that the cleaning van left an oil stain on my driveway.

Zane was professional, called to inform that he would be early, very thorough, and he was polite. He was a model representative for the company. He did an outstanding job and was very knowledgeable of his work. I rarely rate a service at the highest level; it is justified in this case. He arranged the hoses to avoid any damage to my grass. He is a valuable asset to the company. He asked me to check his work prior retrieving his equipment, to ensure I was satisfied with the results. I rent an apartment and wasn't happy with the old carpet. The cleaning obtained results beyond my expectations. it made me feel more comfortable about the old carpeting. Outstanding service!!

Clean carpets!

They were prompt, and did a good job on the carpets! I had them seal my tile grout, to use up the travel fee as we are north of spokane, I can’t tell the difference but hopefully it works! Matt, the serviceman was great!

They were careful not to damage the furniture.

I love Zerorez. They don't use harsh chemicals and the carpet always comes out clean and dries very quickly. (Our carpet was totally dry after 8 hours.) Thank you, the person that came was terrific!

I liked that the clean carpet didn’t have an odor or chemical smell. It turned out clean like new. Also like the guy who cleaned it as he had a nice personality & showed us the difference from when it was dirty & then the cleaned part.

I do have to rave about thw tech that came out this time around. Tally was incredible!!!! She was personable, hard working, and so very thorough. We will ask for her personally from here on out. WE COULD NO BE MORE IMPRESSED!!! She was awesome!!! Do whatever you need to do to keep that one!
