My technician was fantastic! He explained the process and the likely outcomes given the condition my carpet was in (a lot of pet accidents). When we decided on a plan of action, he got right to work and was done much faster than I anticipated. I really appreciate him taking the time to go through all my options with me. The tech was very knowledgeable and polite. Care was taken to protect areas as cleaning was underway. Also a curtain was applied to the door way to help keep the outside weather from coming inside. Very pleased with the service provided.

The quality of the work and the professional technicians. I am surprised at the job they did. The carpet has not looked this clean/good for years.
There is still one small area they did not seem to get clean, but it is a high-traffic area.
The price was a bit higher than my budget hoped for but less than I feared.
