Great prices, great company. Technician was very polite and communicated his whereabouts. He was great about cleaning and all spots were removed except for one. We will not require him to return to fix it. We saved $750 from our other carpet company for the same services. Thank you for coming down and we also got a discount for making a canned food donation. We will recommend you to others. Gave your tech a tip for being polite and efficient.

Extremely kind And helpful service! Nathan was awesome! I wasn't there for the carpet cleaning and I can't remember that guy's names that came but my mom was very comfortable and pleased with them.
She said they were so kind. All the cleaning that was done was great between the carpets, fence and dryer vent, which gets clothes dry in half the time now! I'm next!

I just appreciate the easy use of the online scheduling, the good communication, and the quick service. While we've used Zerorez multiple times, this last time was the best we've had, which is saying a lot. Blake was incredible and was the most thorough of any service provider we've ever had.

The 3 step process did a very good job on our older carpets. The carpets came clean as much as possible. Result is much better than our last carpet cleaning.. Will use Zerorez again.
