I normally brag about you but you have new ownership. And noe your shampoo around furniture. I have always move things to clean my whole carpet. To preserve them and give them a longer live span. This is the second year now where you cleaners came out to my apartment and did not bring your form pad. Because you only shampoo around things and no longer need the form pads. But in doing so. I have made apiomtments only to have to reshedual them because It had move everything out away from the walls and your cleaning guy had not brought the necessary form pads to put the item on when moving thing back. I have been with you for a very long time. But your new way of doing things has fustrated med terribly. And the last first set of guy that came out saw that I had moved thing away from the walls and they just without any warning got in their truck and drove away.??????????? Never said they were leaving. And the date I set up this appointment was critical I needed this job to be done before it got cold.
So now I would not refer you to others. I hope you consider the way you do things in the future.

I think Zerorez does a great job of carpet cleaning. It is easy to schedule and both the person who answered the phone, gave me the information I needed and scheduled the appointment and especially the lovely man who did the cleaning were very helpful. I want to commend the cleaner, whose name I do not remember (slender, dark hair, piercing in nose) as he was SO KIND, patient with me (I was still vacuuming the stairs) and careful & quick...I think he should get a RAISE!

We love your service guys! They were so considerate and timely and exhibited fabulous workmanship cleaning our carpets.

I appreciated the employee, Waylon, who came to clean my carpets. He was on time, answered all my questions, and worked hard. He was polite and respectful of my home. Waylon is an excellent employee. My carpets look great. I give Waylon a 10/10.

But I give Zerorez as a company less (6/10) because of the obvious push to upsale the customer at end of the transaction. I hope good employees like Waylon are not penalized because of my firm no to the push to add services I did not want. Hopefully, as a company, you recognize that a well trained conscientious employee like the one who cleaned my carpets is worth way more than any extra money a customer is tricked into adding to their services. Most customers who feel duped don’t return. I will be a repeat customer of Zerorez as long as Waylon is the one to clean my carpets. He really did do a great job and I hope he’s proud of his hard work. Thanks Waylon.

Three hairy dogs, and lots of traffic on this 20 year old light colored carpet, and still Zero rez finds the magic to keep it looking brand new! In all those years, I have never had a bad experience. The prices are fair, the people are great they always call ahead, clean my carpet in record time and after I put my furniture back, my home looks like the carpet was just installed. What an amazing company!
