The technician was very good at explaining everything from what he used to clean the carpet to explaining that I could slip if I had to walk on the wet carpet and then back on the regular floor. He worked hard to get the job done on time and did a great job of getting out all the stains. The carpet dried quickly just like he said it would and looks really nice.

First, our carpet cleaner was very professional and easy to work with. He explained the process and came in and got to work. We love the way the carpet looks and the area rug that he cleaned looks bright again. The products left no residue or order and dried very quickly. We would use Zerorez again and recommend them to family and friends.
