Our technician seemed very knowledgeable and committed to doing an excellent job.
She had to correct some errors made by the customer service person on the phone who booked the appointment, and she explained things very clearly.
She knew the limitations that had not been explained by customer service (i.e. wool carpet needs to be sent to a third party).
