We had a great experience! Our technician was very knowledgeable and explained why we needed what we needed. I felt like he didn't rush and took his time to do each room thoroughly. I was very happy with the results and feel like all my concerns were considered and taken care of. Due to not receiving a receipt for the service, I am unable to name our technician but I really hope Zerorez is able to look it up and give credit to him. We were impressed with his customer service and his attention to detail.
