Matt Philips was our technician. He did our carpets last year and I requested to do our home again this year. There was more to do and rooms that needed special attention. Matt did not over sell or try to have me purchase additional services but made me aware of the stains with the black light. My area rug looks brand new and everything downstairs smells wonderful. Matt is our guy.
