I have always been pleased and recommended the company to others. This time the worker was very polite, but needed some help with a quality job. I would still use the company, but would prefer a different service person.

They clean and protect the carpets, so when spots happen, warm water cleans up the stain! Their prices are reasonable; they show up when they say they will, and they work quickly and efficiently. The carpets dry quickly, which is a plus!
I like that chemicals aren't used to clean my carpet; tough stains excluded. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I also really liked the change to the protectant cost. A flat fee is much better than a per room charge.
