The service was fast and thorough. My carpet looks much better, no more odor. I am very happy with the results, and as far as I can tell, there is indeed no residue.
My only disappointment was with the treatment for urine stains. An extra $40.00 to apply a small amount of cleaner to the tiny stains that were hardly visible seemed quite a bit much. I could understand another 10.00 perhaps. I turned the extra service down, and the carpets came out fine. Reduce that fee and I would surely use it in the future.

The gentlemen are always friendly and do a wonderful job always cleaned well but it is very pricey. Wish you had a frequent flyer program for those of us that use services several times a years.
Cleans well and doesn't leave a soapy residue. I couldn't believe how amazing my carpet looked after being treated with Zerorez. everything!!! the person who took the call was very pleasant and willing to help and answer questions. they were even willing to fit me in immediately. the driver was very punctual and called to give excellent notice. Once there he was very nice and willing to answer questions. He worked very hard to clean my carpet that was very dirty. I was very impressed with how clean he got it all things considered.
