The technician, Chase Talley, was professional and friendly- plus he was very knowledgeable about your product and services. I have never had professional carpet cleaning done before so the technician encouraged me to watch and learn about the Zerorez process. This was quite helpful and immediately gratifying as I watched our carpet revitalize with each sweep of the vacuum. I was impressed. After removing most of the furniture the evening before, I was bracing myself for "sorry Ma'am--this carpet is hopeless"--but instead received very hopeful, yet honest feedback about what Zerorez could do.

Our basement/family room carpet has a beige short shag carpet. The carpet had not been cleaned since we moved in 10 years ago--Needless to say,the carpet was a mess due to an accumulation of food and drink stains from family and teen gatherings. We also have a wood stove in the basement which added to the dirty appearance of the carpet. The room was an embarrassment!
The carpet appearance after Zerorez cleaning is remarkable--what a difference! It is not a perfect process, as some very stubborn red koolaid stains are still slightly noticeable, but still very faded from the original stain. I did not opt for the spot stain remover treatment. Family is VERY happy with outcome. Thank you!

He even took the time to do some additional carpet cleaning that wasn't in the original work order. We were very pleased with the work and will be calling again for additional carpet cleaning. Shane was also very knowledgeable on being able to explain your services and the job he would be performing, and the possibility of retaining your company for future needs.
