I had selected the 4-8pm time frame for them to arrive as I work during the day. They called at 3pm and said the tech was ready to come over. I explained I could not be there until 4pm and they waited. Sort of disappointed with this but a minor detail as early is always better than later.
Carpets turned out great and tech was professional and knowledgeable.

Very customer-service orientated: easy to use web site; great friendly person answered the phone and assisted with questions; gave me a two day reminder phone call and I'd requested a 20 minute 'warning' call before the tech would be there so I could run home from work and they did - so coordination was perfect! Tech was very nice and explained the process and other available services and costs; used corner guard protectors, and as advertised, even the little booties! I stepped outside to do other things while he was cleaning and came to get me to have me come back in to see the before/after difference on the living room carpet as it was like night/day !!! That was proof there! Yes, I am very pleased and will use their services again!

Everyone was very kind and professional. I researched this company on Google before calling them and was impressed by the reviews left by the customers. I am here to say the same. They arrived in a Timely Manner, and I wanted them to check my carpet for any "Pet Damage". He did and told me honestly I could do with just a regular carpet cleaning and no additional care was needed. Nice to have him tell me the truth and not try to sell me additional work! Also He did the work in just a half an hour! Quick and easy! It has been a week since they cleaned our carpet, and it still smells so fresh, and feels so clean on the feet! I will definitely call them back when we move out of our apartment! Also would Highly Reccomend them! Hard to Find Quality work these days! This is Quality Work!
