I like that you came back and corrected the problems without a hassle. I like that you accepted my request for a different person to redo the work, nicely and politely. Your receptionist made her point about having the same person come back to re-do the work so he could learn from his errors but was accepting when I declined to have that person back. The carpet now looks like it has been cleaned. Thank you

I really appreciated the honesty of our technician about using the pet treatment. We had an issue with our dog this summer but he only needed to spray the area with the regular cleaner and that took care of the problem. We Definitely will be using Zerorez again!
