I have one small room and 13 stairs so I have been reluctant to use you due to your minimum price. I have a finished basement with an outdoor type carpet that hasn't ever been cleaned with boys in and out over the years. With your recent "retro" special I was curious to see what you are all about. WOW! Pet odor, ink, and just general dirt gone. The stairs were just done in December so they were clean, but they now look amazing. I'm a believer. Thanks Rick Lukins.

Nick was very nice and fast. I guess our carpets were too beat up to really notice a huge difference. The cat pee smell is gone so that is a definite bonus.

Brendon (spelling), did a great job of removing the spots, and was apologetic. He helped me understand why some of the spots could not be removed and gave me some options.
