Fast, clean, efficient

Zac and Brent were very professional and nice to work with! I was disappointed to hear at the "last moment" that they wouldn't be able to do the upholstery that I had booked...earlier, and the price went "way up" for the same rooms from last year. I think you're office/work staff need to communicate more and be more detailed on what they do...before they come out. The carpets do look cleaner!

There was no odor. It dried within a short time so I was able to put furniture back. The

The technicians are always pleasant, hard working, and clear about what is to be done. They ask & answer questions as needed.They wear covers over their shoes, protect our walls and woodwork with corner protectors, and are very careful in our home. They are always pleasant, polite, and courteous.
