I had to re-schedule twice because we had to have a new well pump put in and other repairs to the well, but the person answering the phone only had a very friendly "no problem" attitude. Although the area (staircase) stayed wetter longer than anticipated, it looks really good and even the corners are cleaner than when we bought the house! Travis was very professional and paid attention to the specific issues I pointed out and addressed them. Great job!

Our technician provided a thorough explanation of what our options were in terms of treating a carpet that had heavy pet stains, and provided realistic expectations for what each would do. We decided to try a topical treatment to start, and in our particular case it worked great. The tech also provided us with a lot of really good information on how to care for our carpets in between cleanings. The visit was quick, professional, and thorough. Our carpets look and smell great!
