The Zerorez service has always been excellent and affordable. My autistic son is a messy eater and often dashes through the house while still eating. I have been able to relax a bit more knowing that so far there has been nothing he does that Zerorez can't remove.

Friendly and knowledgeable person (Daniel) cleaned the vents. My only complaint is that the website offers a two hour window for appointments but when the appointment was confirmed I was told only a four hour window was possible.

Our carpet is really old, while Zerorez can't turn back the clock on wear areas, it's clean! It looks way better and feels wonderful on our bare feet! I am very pleased! It looks and feels wonderful!

(Zerores has come twice, and both times I would have the same things to say above :-)
ONLY SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT:
It would be helpful if technician asked us if we wanted to move anything (us, not him), if he saw something that would be extremely easy to move and would make a difference. There was a small area rug and a wastepaper basket in one bedroom on the carpet. It would have taken literally a few seconds for us to move them off the carpet if he had mentined this to us. Instead, those areas of the carpet did not get cleaned. (He did offer to clean the areas -- but had already put away all his gear and was ready to go, so we didn't want him to go to that much trouble, but we wish he had called our attention to this).
