Brennon was very nice, professional and prompt. The only problem I have with Zerorez is that you advertise on the radio too much and should spend that money on other forms of advertising. I'm in advertising sales so might be a bit bias. :)

Although we had to have a redue appointment, the second tech who came to our home did a fantastic job with the rooms that were redone.
So far I have not found anything I don't like about Zerorez. Daniel did a fabulous job and I would gladly have him back when the carpets need cleaned again. Although, I do wish he would have left me the brush machine that pulled up the dog hair that was deep down in my carpet. Thank you Zerorez and Daniel

Brandon was professional, respectful, thorough and helpful. My carpet is old and for the last several years, I have had Zerorez clean my carpets and it always looks new after it's clean. I think the price is reasonable, it dries quickly, and the protective spray that is put on after the cleaning makes it easy to clean up spills.

The service received was as we have experienced in the past with your Co.. The service tech was very prompt, he explained the service and process he was prepared to provide and looked over the areas to be cleaned and went right to work. He asked that I look over the areas after his work was completed and explained the drying times and requested that we allow the surfaces to be dry before putting the furnishings back on the carpets. We are sold on the process and services we have received from your co. and speak of your efforts highly to our friends and co-workers.
I like that there isn't any soaps or residue that will return to your carpet.
You take care of our home while working, protecting the walls,etc.

Your technician was friendly, businesslike, and efficient. He answered our many questions politely. Most importantly my 22 year old carpet looked so much better!
One suggestion---- when you talk on the phone with a potential customer you might suggest other services you offer, such as duct cleaning. I did not think of it when I booked your services, but had it been mentioned I would have had him clean several ducts if not the entire house. He did not have the needed equipment on his truck, however. I only thought about it once he was at my home.

I like the feel of the carpet after being cleaned and fully dried. I also like the fact that they were able to use the light on the carpet to find any pet stains.
