I have a large family, a dog, a cat, and operate an in-home daycare. My carpets get USED. I love the outcome that Zerorez brings to my carpet. There cleaning method lifts the dirt from the most heavily used areas. Yes, I have a couple "hot spots" that may never look brand new, like at the "T" in my hallway and at the entryway where I had parents sign in and out their children. Thank you for following up on my comment regarding cleaning both sides of sofa cushions. The follow-up technician did a fine job cleaning the cushions and asked if there were other concerns which he also addressed. I am satisfied with the job done.

Both April and Tara in the office were very professional and helpful in following up with and resolving an issue. My carpet cleaner, Jerry Martin, was very professional and thorough in his work. Jerry worked very hard to remove the stains and clean my carpets. I appreciated that he took the time to protect my wall corners with protective pieces and wore shoe covers in my house. A+++++++ professionalism. I will definitely request Jerry again for my next cleaning!
