Carpets are really clean and dry very quickly.

The service techs are always friendly and professional. The carpets are always clean and only one time did Zerorez need to come back, and that was due to pet stains.

I like that there is no soap residue on the carpet and it smelled fresh without being overpowering. I was satisfied with the cleaning, the carpet looked bright and fresh. The personnel handling the job were very helpful and personable. The only thing I was unhappy with was the confusion in the scheduling of my appointment. We had to wait from 11:30 until 6:30 for work that was scheduled at 11:30 am. We were unable to pursue any of our other obligations as we waited at the facility for this entire time. After that frustration I have to say that we greatly approved of the work done.

The technicians are so respectfull of my home, the quality of service is outstanding &, in my case, my rugs are 100% wool, which means they had to be handled a little differently, but the turn around time (from pick up to delivery) was faster than I had expected =) I've used ZeroRez for over 10 years...& with good reason....exceptional service no matter how you look at it =)

It was essy to schedule, and mar adjustments. Service was prompt, thorough and considerate of my input. The technician was courteous and careful-- and did s great job. Even old stains came out! I especially liked that the company and technician stand behind there work, coming back cheerfully to do a quick touch up of a stain that reappeared. I will definitely use them again.

Your employee, Brad, was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed that genuinely cared about the service he provided. That was a nice change from my last experience with a different carpet cleaning company. I was a little disappointed that a couple of the rooms didn't come out as clean as I thought they should. Brad did handle this the best he could and adjusted the cost of the cleaning to a fair price that fit the final condition of the carpets. I was happy that the carpets did dry quicker than what I'm use to.

Loved the timing and the end result. The selling on the additional protection for $90 more didn't make sense, as I only paid $132 total. I would pay for you to come back before I would pay $90 additional! Thank you for having such a terrific product.

They were prompt and done in less than an hour. The carpets look great! Even got out some wine stains I thought were set for life.

your technicians are honest and do an outstanding job. They also go above to see that the customer is happy and satisfied (within their control and company policy). All the technicians we have had have done the same, this is a credit to the local company and hiring people that represent the company in a positive direction.

Carpet looks great after cleaning.. Very happy! The tecnicians were friendly, professional, engaging and efficient, worked well together as a team.

A side note on the dispatch / scheduling staff however.. I had been told to expect the techs around 2pm so was running some errands when I got a call at 12:45 that they " were on their way" to my house and would be there in approx 15 minutes. I sped home and waited and waited. At 1:45 I called to the office and the dispatch tech claimed no knowledge of the earlier call. Clearly the call was not for my appt but someone else. That interrupted my day and plans and put me in a less than happy mood. The guys who arrived expressed their apologies, but it wasn't their fault dispatch can't call the right number and deliver correct accurate information.

Every thing was great with my carpet cleaning experience

Our rug is several years old and had not be cleaned in a few years so had lots of wear pattern and spots. When the cleaner left it looked fresh and all the spots were gone. My thoughts that we need a new carpet have goone out the window. I only need it cleaned by Zerorez. Plus the cleaner was punctual, polite, and businesslike.

The young man was very kind and went right to work. My carpets were pretty dirty, so to say the least I was very pleased at the beautiful results! Thanks zerorez!
