I liked the fact that the carpet dried in just a few hours. It looks great (except for one spot). The technician was polite, careful and used foot booties and corner guards to protect my walls, corners and carpet. I would like to have that one spot looked at again. QUICK TO DRY, CLEAN AND FRESH SMELLING AND LOVED WATCHING THE ACTUAL SYSTEM SUCKING THE GUNK OUT OF MY CARPET!!! :) YOU COULD LITERALLY SEE IT WORKING. NO MORE PET SMELL! WHEN WE FIRST MOVED THERE IN THE SPRING, THERE WERE PEOPLE WHO LIVED THE PLACE BEFORE US AND THEY HAD A REGULAR SHAMPOOER COMPANY COME IN....THEY HAD ANIMALS IN THERE AND WHEN THEY SHAMPOOED IT, ALL YOU COULD SMELL WAS CHEMICALS AND UNFORTUNATE UNFREINDLY PET ODOR FROM ACCIDENTS ON THE CARPET. THAT IS ALL GONE NOW! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT THAT IS SAFE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!!

Wonderful service - I had my furnace and furnace ducts cleaned as well as my carpets. The person who did the cleaning was very professional. I also had carpet cleaning done for my in-laws which was also excellent!

The Tech did a great job in general but there are a few spots that didn't come
