Zerorez has always done great work for us in both our houses. This Time though I wasn't as happy. I was told if I spend $60 more on a stain that was made up of my grandchild spilling her bubbles that the spot would come out. It didn't come out and two small dog stains didn't come out. I felt the guy was new and possibly did not have the experience the other guys have had.

No "wet dog" smell for two days, wet carpet. Just do the services contracted, don't push other stuff.

Had my carpets cleaned by several different companies before discovering Zerorez. Take a wet, white cloth and wipe the carpet after the tech has left, no dirt on the cloth. Try this with other companies.

Your palindrome name caught my attention when one of your vans was parked in a local driveway.

Needing my carpets cleaned I went over and introduced myself. I then explained my needs to the serviceman who kindly came over, after finishing with my neighbor, to give me a very reasonable quote. Within 3 days my carpets were patiently cleaned and given a treatment which restored them to there original new look.

I have fuzzy dogs and my stairs collect hair in all the tight places. These places were taken care of in a timely manner and cleaned as well as the main floor areas.

The serviceman educated me on the proper use of Zerorez' patented "Spot Remover" so I'd get the most from the product and life out of my carpet.

I was very impressed and immediately signed up for every 4mo treatments.
