Clean without odors....efficient and courteous agents
The technician was very friendly, professional and helpful. The carpets look great. There was a urine stain from my dog on the living room carpet that I thought had come out - but, the next day when everything was dry, the stain was more visible than ever. I do know that there is no guarantee to get that stain out.

Your service man was very polite, informative and knowledgeable about his work. He kept the clean booties on his shoes when in our home and worked very efficiently. The rugs look beautiful, plus the cleaning made the house smell so nice. Thank you and we will be calling you again.

Dan was very accommodating as a technician. He re-cleaned a spot that was cleaned in September for free and did a great job explaining any extra charges.
Carpets are less wet than with other cleaners. Equipment is truck mounted. You are not dumping gross water in my toilet!! Staff is courteous, friendly, and businesslike. They are also not pushy, high pressure salesmen trying to get you to buy another service or product.
