My technician was excellent- He explained about puppy urine and how it may spared w the really hot water but did not push me or try up upsell me. He did an excellent job and cared for my home like it was his own. I wish I could get this same guy every time. I believe this young man deserves a raise. Very professional

I like the way my carpet looks after cleaning. I have a dog and it still looks great. I like how it dries so quickly. The Zerorez employers are friendly and very accommodating.

SUGGESTION...because not all homes have same size duct work, should ask home owner the size so that tech will have the right size hose to get into ducts

We like that the carpet dries fairly quickly and isn't "sticky" with chemicals. Prices are reasonable and employees are always competent and friendly.
