Our carpets always look so much better after treatment but this time they looked exceptionally nice. I was amazed how Aaron Jones was able to remove all of the pet stains and treat the heavily soiled traffic areas to make our carpets look like new again. I really liked how friendly our tech was, he even offered to help me move our couches back after he was done, even after he was an hour late due to his truck battery dying and had to be jumped he never seemed rush or in a hurry. did a wonderful job, never felt like I was had to buy more then I needed, he even took the time to answer questions that I had. will be calling in a the future for anther cleaning and will also pass Zerorez on to others.

The tech that was sent to our house was extremely friendly and proffessional. He had a tough job to deal with here. He went above and beyond to do the best job he possibly could. He cleaned what I believed to be uncleanable. The carpet looks amazing and I can rest easy now that my daughter is sleeping in an odor free room. I hope you remember you you sent to our house.
