From the person that answered the phone to make my appointment, to the person that called a day before with a reminder (another nice feature!) to the technician that cleaned the carpets - all were very polite and friendly! Friendly, highly efficient & trained staff. Product is has no competitive equal since it's the only process that I know of that cleans carpet so well without soap, chemicals or residue. Hunter (the tech that came out) was super professional and did an excellent job. The only 'knock' I have is that the carpet was very damp (almost wet)for way over the 6 hr. amt. of time that was communicated to me before cleaning. We have ceiling fans and still had to go out and get a carpet fan to dry the areas completely, which took more like 10 to 12 hours. Looks awesome now, but might be better to tell customers the longer time frame, especially in the winter months when you can't open your window to help drying process. :-)

The thing I like most about your service is chemical free cleaning. I just moved into an apartment and hired you to remove the scents and chemicals from the previous carpet cleaning. I truly believe that the need for chemical, i.e., easily patentable and cheap, cleaning products is one of the greatest lies sold to the American people. I commend you for fighting the good fight. Also, Rusty was awesome. I will have him back to clean them again after I get everything moved in, and will have him do the stairwell too. It smells like someone "cleaned" it real good...

The carpets were dry by that evening instead of having to wait 24-48 hours like we have with other services.

I LOVE that harsh chemicals aren't used and when the cleaning is finished there's no strong smell. They always do a great job for us, I'm always impressed at how much better my carpet looks afterwards. I've had to have pet urine extracted from areas of our downstairs and viola, odor and stains gone the moment they're finished. I'm a happy customer!!!
