The crew that came to the house were very friendly and professional. They did their jobs well. My mom has a little maltese that she brings over to the house, so it is refreshing not to have to worry about harsh chemicals in the carpets. I liked the fact that nothing was done without prior approval, and I knew the cost of the job before they started work. There are a couple of stains that are re-surfacing, so it is wonderful that there is a 30 day guarantee on the cleaning. I would highly recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family.

I liked the skill at which Aaron, the technician, showed in the cleaning of the microfiber furniture! He was thorough and didn't waste time in getting the job done. When he moved on to the carpets he also knew what he needed to do and got busy doing just that! He was very courteous and efficient.

The only issue I had was trying to schedule. I was on hold too long, then told to leave a message. Yes, a person did call back much later but by then I was heading out the door. I don't know how many schedulers you have but more would help solve that issue.

Over all, ZeroRez is a keeper in my book. I will use them again and I will appreciate the call back in a year that my invoice said I will get!
