Competency of staff. Hunter was great. There was one spot that wouldn't come out. But that wasn't his fault. I didn't treat it when it happened so he couldn't get it out. The rug looks amazing. Please tell Hunter that I am so pleased.

The house smelled nice, my carpet looks awesome and it wasn't too expensive. Only negative was, I asked the tech to call me when he was done so I could come lock the house up. I don't know when he left, bit when I showed up 3 hours later, he wasn't there. Fortunately, we just moved in, so there weren't any valuables in the house, but leaving my home unlocked wasn't the best service ever.

We are very happy with the price and the way the tech cleaned our carpets, very professional and they were dry in the next day. The only problem i have, was that I did not receive a receipt yet! :)

I love that you cleaned the heat ducts in my house, along with the carpets, along with the furniture all in one trip! I was not the one at home to greet the Zerorez technician, but my boyfriend said he was very personable, professional and informative. He really liked him. His name was Paul Turner. I know I see and hear the testimonials in the ads about the carpets look like new again and this actually was the case. The carpet looked like it did when they installed it eleven years ago. Wow! I was impressed!. Please pass on our thanks to Paul for taking all the "ick" out of the air ducts too. Along with dead mice, construction nails and dry wall, he got out all the hair from all the pets we have had in the house over the years. Love it. Thanks Zerorez!
