Quick, efficient, and thorough. I love walking into my house after having my carpets clean and smelling the fresh citrus scent. My technician was very polite and professional. I would really like to see discounts offered for additional services such as stairs and area rugs. I would have loved to have had my area rugs cleaned and edition but I am not willing to pay the high price for these products.

The only complaint I have is you had to come back out a couple day later because the spot that I needed cleaned did not come out and you charged me again for $60.00 more on Feb 1, 2016. On Jan 28,2016 you came out to clean a little blood out the size of a quarter for $88.00 dollars on new carpet. all total cost $148.00 I was told there would not be a charge to come back out. I feel I was over charged. I have used you many times because of how clean things get.

I did not like that the price I was quoted is not what I paid. I was told I would get the $89.95 anniversary special but the bill was for $132.00 3 rooms with a fourth free but only 3 rooms were done. Nothing was said about a free room.

I'm a first time customer and have heard a lot about your service. I like the finished look of the carpet, and the special was great. I'd like to suggest for your consideration, using a sort of spot cleaner as you proceed to clean the carpet. I still have about 6 or so spots. Now, I understand that may interfere with your patent cleaning process, but thats my input. Overall, the carpet looks great.

I have already referred several people to you and they are very happy also. The only thing I would change is when the gentleman left on my hardwood floors were some white spots that when I wipe down they disappear for about 24 hours and the next morning they are back?? Some type of soap residue?? Any you guys do a terrific job every time I use you. Could not be happier.
