I have used zerorez several times in the past. Their proprietary products leave the carpet clean and fresh with no residue to show traffic patterns. The service men I have had have always been prompt and courteous. I have to say this little company is just like their commercials. And in todays world that is quite refreshing.

The people who came to clean our carpets wore booties, treated several spots with cat urine very nicely so that the smell is gone and generally did a fine job in a short amount of time. Unfortunately it was stull damp about 6 hrs later. But that was ok. We stayed off of it as much as possible. It looks very nice even today almost a week later.
