The customer service is top-notch at Zerorez! Everything you would want and more. The product is great - my carpets are clean with no odor which is wonderful because I have allergies to certain smells. However, I wish they were not so expensive and would have honored the price I heard on the radio which was $33 a room..

Hunter did a great job. I must say he got the rugs cleaner than the last technician we had do them form you last time. That person said he could not get the traffic dirt any cleaner. Hunter, surprised us by really getting them much cleaner.
