The technicians were cordial and friendly yet very professional in completing their task. We were also pleased with the appearance of the carpet when they were finished. We left to go out of town shortly after they finished so have not had an opportunity to see the dry finished product.

Your service providers are always very professional & skilled, plus being very nice & quite accommodating. I've used Zerorez exclusively for many years. This time, Miles did a high quality cleaning on all my carpets throughout my house. In addition , he did several favors of moving items that were just too heavy for me. He had a dear sense of humor and nice manners. Top honors for his representation of your company!

It really works, does a great job, is fast, dries quickly. Service is excellent. Calls giving the time of arrival and name of the worker were reassuring. He was effecient, professional and very pleasant, explaining the products and process. Ïve already recommended you to others.

The carpets are always so clean and fresh after your technicians clean them. I have a berber rug I would love to replace, but because the carpet looks so like new each time that I can't in good conscience get rid of it.
