Technician Hunter is awesome. He explained everything in words I understood, and gave me options leaving me in full control. He revived my pet stained and soaked carpets! It was a $1,046.00 well spent! Once again I thank him!

You show up on time and do a great job! My only complaint is that I feel I am pushed to buy extra services every time, I'm not against a salesperson but if I want extra areas done I'll ask!!
