The technician arrived on time, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about what his company offers. Brenn did an excellent job in a short time and the carpet is beautiful again. I like Zerorez because there is no perfume smell when the product is applied (a small amount of fragrance when the pretreat is applied, but it is gone when it dries). Always good customer service with your company.
