I was very happy to be able to schedule at the last minute. Zerorez was very accommodating! The service technician did a fine job and at the end, I realized there was an area I forgot to tell him about. He kindly set up his equipment again and took care of that area. I will be calling soon (after the pollen is done for this season) to have our family room cleaned. :)
