The people who came to clean our carpets wore booties, treated several spots with cat urine very nicely so that the smell is gone and generally did a fine job in a short amount of time. Unfortunately it was stull damp about 6 hrs later. But that was ok. We stayed off of it as much as possible. It looks very nice even today almost a week later.
The enhanced product and service to remove pet smell really worked. The workers were professional and I was treated very fairly financially.
