I like the quick drying and the fact that there is no residue left in my carpets after cleaning. All technicians have had excellent customer service skills.

Having someone come back to re-clean the areas previously "cleaned" totally justified my original review. Shawn was WAY more thorough than the previous tech. He spent more time and exerted much more effort on the affected areas. He even indicated the previously cleaned area had a lot more stuff come out of it (again, justifying my original belief that the areas were initially cleaned poorly). We also appreciate that you were willing to clean our stairs on the second visit, in place of re-cleaning other areas and based on the previous tech occasionally not wearing booties despite being requested to do so. Repeat cleaning was done extremely well. Thank you.
