The crew was extremely professional and personable. They explained everything, which showed how well they knew their job. They had us check all their work in case we needed something done again....but all was terrific! I will ask for Anthony Peek again...the next time we call. Great job done by all!!!!!

The carpets were in pretty rough shape (whomever though white was a good idea in kids rooms was WRONG!) and the technician called to let me know what he recommended, why (very important to me), and what the results would most likely be either way. He was very friendly, patient, informative and professional. The appointment happened on time and was finished quickly which was great as the house is for sale and there were showings booked on both sides of the cleaning. The carpets look SO MUCH BETTER. The technician did a GREAT job.

Service probers come when they say they will; Explain the process ( i.e. how they are going to get a particular stain out of the carpet); courteous; efficient; professional.

Communication. Being there when you say you will be there. Good workers!

We've only used furniture upholstery cleaning, but very happy with it! Technician was prompt, nice, clean, professional!
