Very professional and thorough.
No severe chemicals are used during the cleaning procedure (very important to us since we have pets), the cleaning was done quickly and professionally, no odor was left in the carpet/rooms like we experienced with another means of cleaning. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use these services again, and recommend to anyone who needs carpets cleaned!
