First of all your employee was very professional.She was very polite and did a very good job.
I loved that it didn't take long to dry and that it smelled and felt like new. Patrick was absolutely amazing. He was patient and didn't push me to do anything I was hesitant about. But he gave me all the facts and was so patient when my kids got a little crazy and I got distracted. I will only have Patrick do any carpet or duct cleaning I need from now on.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND ON TIME. I LIKED THE PHONE CALL AS TO WHEN THEY WOULD BE HERE AND THE SERVICE WAS PROFESSIONAL. BRENT WAS A HARD WORKER AND DID A GREAT JOB. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.

They were in regular contact to make sure the appointed time was going to work; they were on time. They did well explaining all the services they could offer after viewing the room to be treated. We like they way your employees seem to care about the quality of service they deliver. In return we would prefer you pay your employees a living wage rather than rewarding them with an addition to their paycheck if they can get customers to order additional services, which may or may not be needed!
