My tech this last visit, Brent Kent, very professional, seemed very knowledgeable about carpet/cleaning of it and always stayed aware of
where his equipment was in relationship with items in the home, worked quickly but throughly. Very polite, personable individual, he gets a 12.
His trainee though also polite and personable was very clumsy, knocking into things with hose, some were even knocked over, with Kent catching it
and saving the item. Taking into consideration he was a trainee some things should just be common sense. Kent seemed to be doing his level best at directing/training without embarrassing in front of client. With ALL that said :) nothing broke and carpets look very nice.

My technician was so professional,knowledgeable, and got some old stains out that had been there quite a few years. I'd used Zerorez about 8 years ago; my technician had record of it on his phone, which I appreciated as I hadn't realized it'd been about 8 years since I'd had my carpets cleaned! Carpets feel so clean, fresh & look amazing!
