I liked everything about zerorez, the technicians were great, dressed profesionaly, clean cut, they did a awesome job, friendly and courtious. The carpets look amazing and the chairs they did also everything looks so nice and smells so fresh, I like the fact the cleaning is done with less water so the drying time is fast . We are returning customers. The service is reasonably priced and the technicians do an excellent job. Our carpet has been down for about 27 years! It is a light beige color. We do take good care of it but it is naturally showing weat. Brittany did an excellent job! It looks wonderful and smells good too! There was a road tar spot that had been tracked in and she worked on it & got it out! She was fast, courteous and knowledgeable! Thanks.
