The very professional and very kind people that they have doing the work. Chris was a very considerate person that come to our home and did the work. He told us all our options, reviewed the price and never pushed us to to do something we did not want done. He worked quickly. Set drying fans and made suggestions of what I could do.

Joanna, the associate was so friendly and made me feel incredibly comfortable having her in my home. My dog also took very quickly to her.

Carpets seem to be very clean, whole house has a different smell to it now (cleaner) and the feel of the carpets is now a very soft and of course clean feel. Andre did a fantastic job, very professional AND he had an awesome personality - knowledgeable and friendly.

The service was great! The rep was very thural and explained everything what he was doing. He answered all the questions that I had. He was able to work with the office on giving us a deal.

We like the convenience of how quick we could get someone out to the house, how easy the communication was and that the carpets are not cleaned with soap.

The technician was very professional and did a excellent job cleaning my carpet. My carpet has never looked better after a cleaning.

I am ashamed to say, but I had a disgusting stain at my entry door. I work in a fast food restaurant and brought home numerous things on the bottom of my shoes. Chad, one of the professional technicians, patiently and with complete resolve, tackled that stain and was able to eliminate it!!!Great day for me!!!
